Joe Herzog has over twenty years of experience providing financial, accounting, tax, valuation and strategic expertise to emerging Pacific Northwest companies. As NWVA's Chief Financial Officer, Joe has structured and facilitated several dozen venture financing transactions for portfolio companies, and has provided CFO services to GreenCupboards, Connect Northwest, Dategrity, Pacific Northwest Biotechnologies and others. Previously, he was CFO at Voyager Capital where he helped launch two venture funds. Joe is advisory board chair of Gonzaga University's Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, Treasurer of the Delta Angel Group, past board chair for CONNECT Northwest and co-founder of the Venture Chat Room. Joe completed nine years as director and Treasurer on the board of the YMCA of the Inland Northwest, and now coaches his daughters' soccer teams. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Gonzaga University, and is a certified CPA in Washington State.Joe is a director of GreenCupboards. |
