Jean Balek-Miner has over 20 years of investment research, fund raising and business development experience that has been integral in the growth and expansion of NWVA. Jean manages the firm's administrative functions and supports its accounting and reporting functions. Jean has a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of California at Berkeley, a master's degree in nutrition with a minor in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University.
