NWVA is primarily seeking companies generating $5 - $50 million in revenues. We believe companies in this revenue range currently offer excellent value, low risk and substantial potential returns. In addition to expansion stage investments, we are also targeting recapitalizations of capitally constrained entities and leveraged acquisitions. NWVA is one of few firms with the ability and expertise to identify, structure and fund successful transactions of this type for emerging Northwest-based companies.

NWVA seeks to be the first institutional investor in its portfolio companies and to secure ownership stakes of at least 20%. The company will solicit investment opportunities in a diversity of industries. Portfolio companies will be headquartered primarily in the Northwest, and also in Colorado, Utah and Western Canada.
